I am also 27 and professional and Snoopy is awesome and I grew up on Peanuts. I was fully expecting this to be a write off, but it actually looks way better than I expected it to.

My gf loves the old Charlie Brown Thanksgiving, like the most ever. She'll be excited for this. But that song in the middle part of the trailer is turrible.

A while back a friend and I were talking about reading Peanuts and how we liked it so much as kids but as adults, find them absolutely humorless. We think we used to like them because of the dog...
As for the TV shows, I always wanted to see "You're Useless as Tits on a Nun, Charlie Brown!" or "You're Depressing the Shit out of Me, Charlie Brown!"
As for the movie...not getting a good feeling...

My fear was that it would be a complete rework, but it looks like most of the animation concepts are there. We'll see.

I'm excited and I'm 20. Had a painted plywood cutout of Woodstock that was like 4 feet high when I was a kid.
